To make sure it was there for my brothers birthday I pre-ordered it well in advance (5 days before delivery day), but it arrived 2 days after his birthday. Will use different gift boxes in future as the whole point is that it arrives on the day of the event! I did not recieve any tracking or delivery info via email, no confirmation when it was delivered, and when I called the customer services she seemed disinterested and just said 95% of the boxes arrive on the requested day and it is what it is. Not impressed.

We do try our best to get orders to all of our customers on time but sometimes it can be out of our control, the past week there have been major delays with the couriers due to the weather here in Auckland. Again we do apologise and hope you can understand our position
