Important Shipping Update for our Customers
Hello everyone, despite the best efforts of our team, it’s inevitable now there will be delays with some Valentines Gifts. Specifically, due to Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle, NZ Post has suspended Courier Pick Up’s in Auckland and Delivery of parcels to the following areas:
- Northland
- Auckland
- Coromandel
- Bay of Plenty
- Gisborne
- Between the North and South Islands
Where possible we had already sent the majority of parcels early with a sticker ‘not to open till Valentines’. However, it is increasingly likely with the suspension of Courier deliveries throughout large parts of NZ that there will be delays despite our best efforts.
We will continue to try and send parcels through alternative methods (for example using our Same Day Courier Service for Auckland Metro Customers), but this service to is also reliant on the weather tomorrow.
For all orders, you will have received a courier tracking link, this will tell you where your gift is if you wanted to check.

As always, our commitment to you is to do our best to deliver on time, there are simply some circumstances we can’t control. It's incredibly bad timing the cyclone has hit us during this key event.
