I ordered this for my Mum on Mother's Day 2026 with a personalised message. In a completely separate order, I also purchased a completely different gift for my stepmother, which I also wrote a personalised message for. Celebration Box mixed up the personalised messages on both of my orders and sent my Mum the personalised message that had my stepmothers name in it. My Mum was really upset thinking I had not sent her something unique. I went back to check my order and sure enough, I made no mistake on my end, the message on this order did not have my stepmothers name in the message at all - this was Celebration Box's mistake. I ordered well in advance of Mother's Day to avoid mistakes & I am really disappointed in this service. The products themselves were as expected, but it was tainted by the message.

My niece turned 18 and because our family couldn’t attend her dinner due to living in another town I wanted something special for her. I chose this box and added an I Love You cookie. It arrived exactly on her birthday and she messaged me that evening so say that she loved it and that I was her favourite aunty lol :)
